NIGHT SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!! Management, cashiers, even cook. How in the heck are you out of cheese burgers? You're a fast food restaurant. When we asked for a chicken sandwich which only chick got out our mouth we were interrupted by a reply of yeah. Had to ask for sauce for the chicken tenders three time and still no sauce in the bag. Also when we ask for a five piece tender you gave us Seven. Not complaining on our end but not making profit if your management is hiring people who can't count. I don't deserve this disrespect and I won't stand or tolerate it. You chose this career and position. You obey the rules and procedures or else find something else. If management has tries to address this then it didn't work which means they are just as responsible for this issue. I sure do hope the right person sees this and can fix this matter. Day time service is definitely on point!!! Thank you day shift!
Had to pull forward to wait for order. We waited to long.
Ordered a meal and a milkshake on 06/16/17 in the drive-thru. The milkshake was soupy and they forgot my drink with my meal. They told me to pull up so they can remake my milkshake and get my other drink for my meal they forgot. She brings out the milkshake, but forgot the other drink again. She rolled her eyes, and proceeded inside the restaurant. She left me out there for 10 min, so I got out and went inside. She was helping 4 other people with other orders instead of fixing my drink. There was enough help behind the counter that she could have just brought my drink out. I said, you just left me sitting out there and never gave me my drink. She tells the front counter cashier "Give her a cup so she can fix it herself." I went through the drive-thru and had to go in and fix my own drink. Ghetto, rude, and sorry. It's not my fault you make 7.25/hr. Don't get an attitude with me, when you get MY order wrong. I gave the food back, and got a refund. Will NEVER eat at this dump again.
Their food there is real ify, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad and sometimes it's horrible. The burgers can taste like sausages and other days they taste like flame broiled burgers. I can't speak for other Hardy's because I've only ate at the Pelham, GA branch. They're so bad I don't even want to eat at the other branches!
